Connecting People
to Their Local Bars

Each year, Heineken France launched the “Support Your Bar” initiative to strengthen the connection between consumers and their favorite local bars. This nationwide campaign invited customers to vote online for the bars they wanted to support, with the promise of enhancing the customer experience through upgraded equipment and facilities.

The goal was to design a bold and engaging visual identity that captured the friendly and lively spirit of French bar culture.We also developed a variety of promotional assets posters, social media visuals, and in-store materials to drive consumer participation and visibility of the campaign. Ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints was key to building recognition and maximizing the campaign’s overall impact.

The visual identity developed for “Support Your Bar” stood out through a bold, illustrative style that brought warmth, energy, and personality to the campaign. By mixing playful character design with dynamic, bar-inspired scenes, the visuals captured the convivial spirit of local cafés and made the campaign feel both accessible and vibrant.This unique approach helped draw attention on social media and in physical spaces, driving strong public engagement and participation in the voting. The use of illustration not only humanized the message but also made each bar feel like a story worth supporting. This collaboration with Heineken demonstrates how a distinctive, character-driven graphic style can energize a national campaign while creating a strong emotional connection with its audience.
